Flubriologic s.r.o. („Flubriologic“, „we“ or „the controller“) respects your privacy and processes personal data exclusively in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing, and other applicable laws of the Czech Republic. This document explains what data we collect through flubriologic.com, for which purposes, and how you can exercise your rights.

When you subscribe to the newsletter we process your name and email address, which you provide through the form on our website.
When operating the website we also process technical data (IP address, browser type, access time, referring page) only to the extent necessary for secure operation and performance measurement — only if you grant consent in the cookie banner.
Sending the newsletter — the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.
Securing safe operation of the website — the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Audience measurement — only based on consent granted via Google Consent Mode v2.
Newsletter data is kept for the duration of your consent, no longer than three years from the last activity. Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.
